Children are a blessing from the Lord. With these blessings also come responsibilities. As stewards of God’s children, we are accountable for helping children grow spiritually, emotionally and intellectually. Future Leaders Department provides an environment in which children are safe, are taught at an age-appropriate level, and are encouraged to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Bibles says train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it; Proverbs 22:6 Faithword Charismatic Ministry Future Leaders Wing was established to lead children towards knowing Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Also, to build firm foundation of a healthy future for the church.
Future Leaders wing was established to:

Offer children weekly Bible instructions, to straighten their daily path with Christ and to help them apply the Word to their daily lives. Proverbs 2:1-5.

Children are able to have a time to worship with peers and be taught with a curriculum at their level of understanding

Offer children socialization grounds to learn from each other in a positive manner

As a form of bridge to transition children to the adult service

Adults have uninterrupted worship time
